Very happy, everyone was lovely and made sure I felt at ease throughout the entire process. If I had a queries I could easily email or ring up and any questions I had would be answered straight away.

No pressure and Sam and Kate listened to what car I would like and the cost. Car was handed over as planned. Petrol in the car also - nothing worse than paying thousands of pounds and having an empty tank when collecting the car!

Overall the experience was fantastic! Both service advisors where professional and kind as well as making sure I knew what I needed to do. I can't thank them enough. Only disappointment was the fact that the car wasn't washed when collecting :)
